2tbspsugar
1/2tspsalt
2tbspvegetable oil
1cupall-purpose flour
2cupsVegetable oilfor frying

1tspground cinnamonfor coating
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 375°F (190°C).
Spoon dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
Pipe 4-inch strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden, about 2 minutes per side, then remove and drain on paper towels.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl, then roll churros in the mixture to coat.
