Pineapple Lemon Punch

A refreshing punch blending pineapple juice, lemonade, and coconut water, topped with fresh fruit. A simple and easy to make drink recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pineapple juice
  • 3 cups Lemonade
  • 2 cups Coconut water
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Lime juice
  • 12 oz Ginger ale
  • Ice Cubes

Garnish

  • Maraschino cherries
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • 1) Pour the pineapple juice, lemonade, coconut water, orange juice, and lime juice into a large punch bowl or pitcher. Stir everything together until well mixed.
    4 cups Pineapple juice, 3 cups Lemonade, 2 cups Coconut water, 1 cup Orange juice, ¼ cup Lime juice
  • 2) When ready to serve add ginger ale and stir
    12 oz Ginger ale
  • 3) Pour the punch over ice in individual glasses.
    Ice Cubes
  • 4) Top with Maraschino cherries and 1 or 2 Fresh Mint leaves.

  • 5) For added color and flavor - splash 1 tsp of Maraschino cherry juice in punch.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

Make ahead by mixing everything except the ginger ale and chill. Add ginger ale just before serving.
